Why it is needed

Create and protect your account, verify identity and deliver the learning service you request.

Configure programmes, add-ons, enrolments, payments and the correct student dashboard access.

Respond to counseling, support, grievance and data-rights requests.

Improve reliability and recommendations only where the relevant optional consent has been given.

Meet accounting, security, fraud-prevention and other applicable legal obligations.

Children and guardians

School-age learner information should be provided with parent or lawful guardian involvement. The registration flow records the applicable guardian confirmation and avoids optional behavioural tracking by default.

Security and retention

Access controls, verification and secure payment hand-off protect the service. Data should be retained only for the service, security and legal period applicable to its purpose, then erased or anonymised through the operating process.

Complaint escalation

Contact SmartMove first so the matter can be investigated and resolved. The published privacy policy identifies the organisation’s grievance contact and response channel.

MAKE A REQUEST

A tracked request, not an unstructured email.

Submit access, correction, erasure, withdrawal, nomination or grievance requests here. The privacy team will verify identity before disclosing or changing account data.
